Upon receiving your request, if the information is incomplete or missing required documentation, the Website will notify you within 5 (five) business days to request the necessary information. You will have 5 (five) business days to respond; if no response is received within that period, your request will be deemed not submitted, and www.guango.llc will have no obligation to process it.
