At Guango LLC, we primarily offer customized digital services, including graphic design, web development, branding, advertising campaigns, automation, and consulting. However, we may also provide physical or digital products with shipping in certain cases. This policy applies to both categories.
Due to the intangible and tailor-made nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the project has started or the first progress has been delivered, unless otherwise stipulated in a specific contract.
If you decide to cancel before we start the service, you may request a refund of 80% of the amount paid. The remaining 20% covers administrative, operational, and agenda reservation costs.
You can cancel at any time from your panel or by writing to us.
Once the monthly period has started, no partial refunds are made.
Cancellation stops future charges, but does not apply retroactively.
You have up to 7 calendar days after delivery to report any non-conformity. We always try to resolve professionally and collaboratively.

If at any time we offer physical or digital products with delivery (such as kits, supplements, books, or downloadable material), the following will apply:
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of receipt.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in optimal conditions.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless there is an error on our part.
Once received and inspected, we will issue a partial or full refund as appropriate.
As these products are non-tangible and for immediate delivery, no returns or refunds are accepted once the purchase has been completed.
